F1是主要介绍商科知识点的，我们这次将总结第一章的知识点。第一章课本上的题目是Business organisations and their stakeholders。每次总结我们最应该注意的是study guide，这些在学前会让大家对知识有个整体认知，学完之后可以根据study guide看看有没有确切掌握。

根据这个guide，我们可以发现两个出现频率最高的单词。一个是organisation，一个是stakeholders。由于篇幅限制，我们今天来好好说organisation。

根据我们写说明文的一般逻辑，我们都会先说明organisation的定义，然后就是细化类型、特点、优势等等具体信息。这点其实是和相亲很像的，说明姓名这个大定义之后，细节这种具体信息就私聊吧~

好，我们来讲下organisation的定义。主要要记住四点：

An organisation is: 'a social arrangement which pursues collective goals, which controls its own performance and which has a boundary separating it from its environment'.

至于organisation的优点，请结合“众人拾柴火焰高”和“专业化”两个词语来记忆。

(a)Organisations overcome people's individual limitations, whether physical or intellectual.

(b) Organisations enable people to specialise in what they do best.

(c) Organisations save time, because people can work together or do two aspects of a different task at the same time.

(d) Organisations accumulate and share knowledge.

(e) Organisations enable synergy.

然后是private vs public的知识点啦，其实这里和我们的国营和私营是比较接近的。

最后就是有限责任公司这种表达，有限责任公司在我们平时生活中很常见。我们来看下他的特点，这里摘录自F1 notes：

我们能看出有限责任公司的主要特点就是：易集资，可用资金多，所有权和经营权是分离的（这点是重点，后面会提及的）

缺点是成也萧何败也萧何的感觉。因为经营权是分开的，所以管理的负担和费用都比较大；而且财报是公开的，所以任何人都可以下载你的财报，缺少机密性。
